www.mylastrentcheck.com - "1st time homebuyers", site should pretty much reveal the target market.

Cherie, only looked at this one so far http://www.realestateutah.com it is truly a shame that whoever decided to put that spammy block of keywords at the top did so, because I love the header and design. My suggestion, get rid of them, you don't need them to rank, and they detract from an otherwise very nicely designed website.
