We are in the final stages of launching our new Boston Condos Blog, and I wanted to get your feedback on functionality, look and feel, and any tips and/or constructive feedback that you would recommend. Thank you.

Nice work Boston Condo Guy. Photo in your header is killer....makes me want to move to Boston and leave Boulder....well, almost!
Only constructive comment I have is: have you thought about putting a brief statement about the overall theme or driving philosophy of your blog. Something like "to be the premier resource for info about the back bay condo market, aka to tell it like it is."

I really like the clean design also, however I am not a fan of instant chat on any site (Unless it is always available)
Also, there is a TON of whitespace down the right hand side that really doesn't look good once you actually get scrolling, at least on my laptop - are you planning something for that area? Great start bro very impressed overall

Very nice blog. Excellent layout (though the white space below where your right bar ends is a bit weird like webmaster says).

Looks good. Agree about online chat, nobody is ever online when I visit their sites and that just looks bad IMO.

I like the site fresh and clean, but I have to disagree with the others and say that I love online chats.
It gives the site another toy to play with, we are usually online but there are plenty of other ways of getting hold of us on the site so it isn't a worry. More and more people are using it and it is a sign of keeping up with the times and offering different ways of producing leads. |

Ok, so the consensus is:
1. More content needed in the right sidebars 2. Online chat is a debatable issue 3. "About us" page possibly - thanks Lane Anything unique that you can suggest for those sidebars? If you don't want to give away your area's blog domination secrets, feel free to PM me. And thanks for the feedback. I try and post feedback on people's review requests, and I appreciate the reciprocal (no link pun intended...ok, maybe a little).

WELL DESIGNED!
What I really appreciate is your blog is straight-forward, provided valuable information, and it is easy to read. It is not like many of the "flowering" or otherwise "fluffy-fluff" sites; or worse, a site prepared on Publisher that resembles a site best suited for a used-car lot. Your site is classy, professional, and first rate! If I didn't love Oregon so much, I'd move to Boston, but you have more rain than we have in Portland. You are a great spokesperson for your city. Nice pictures, layout. Best of luck!

The center column there is a little clashy to me in colors. It makes the page look at little bit thrown together IMO. You have grey, green, orange, black "modules" that stand out and don't make me flow through the page too well.
I would switch the third column with the second.
