Hi!

I have a "featured listing" snippet on my home page that you guys created - I believe it randomly selects the most expensive new listing available. I would like to modify this so that I have more control over the listing there. For example, I would like it to show our company's listing(s) or a particular listing that I select. How can I do this?

Hi Dima

We could add a featured listings manager to your website.
You would be able to select multiple mls numbers and enter them into an interface that would display those listings that you enter randomly on your home page.
This should not take more than an hour to add.

Aaron - that sounds great, but a quick question: would this also allow me to manually add listings that are not in the MLS (for example, a commercial listing that I have, etc.)?

Hi Dima,

Yes - we have a listings manager in the CMS you can use to upload you listings that are non-mls listings. Those listings could also be displayed randomly on your homepage.

We would like to upload more than 8 pictures in the CMS - Featured Listings as most of our listings are over $1M. Most want to see more pictures.
Any chance of this in the future? Or, can it be done now and I am not aware how?

Would just need to increase the limit for featured photos: This is for www.guidetolocalrealestate.com correct?
