Default Reciprocal Link Checker in ASP

I was wondering if anyone has come across any code that I could use on my directory to check reciprocal links to make sure my link is still there? I have seen programs that can do that, but I am looking to intregrate it into my directory which is coded in ASP so that it is in my admin area.

I would really love a spider type that would start at the base URL and spider through to find the link anywhere on the website then place the location in my database. Then on a certain frequency it would go back to that webpage. I would settle for a simple one, one where you put the linkback url yourself and it just checks that one page. Any resources/help would be appreciated.

Also, is there any easyway to pull goggle PR from the page that the link resides on? that would be pretty cool too.

thanks
