I don't have a custom IDX, but, I was wondering if there is a way to place featured listings from my featured listings page on my homepage with a snippet or something. Also, is there a way to add a contact form to a featured listings page? Let me know if this is just something I'm missing or a work order.

Hi Ryan,

It would be a work order - But that's ok. We can add a snippet that will allow you to choose from these listings http://www.ryanwardrealestate.com/Featured-Listings.php and they would randomly display on your home page.
Adding a contact form to the details pages should not be to much trouble.

I'd say the whole thing would take me no more than an hour to complete.

Could this be done so that I can select a listing to be displayed manually or choose a static listing to stay on the homepage - or any page I want for a period of time that I can control?

Let's sayI want to offer to a million dollar listing the opportunity to stay at the top of my homepage for one week or something like that. Can I set something up so that I can do that and manually rotate which listing I want to show up? I may need to set this up in the next day or two so if it can be done, let me know and I will move down to the work order forum. I figured I'd start here since the thread is already going.

Hi Ryan,

Yes. It will allow you to select the listing as "featured" in the listings manager. Then It will rotate on each page load from those listings marked featured.

The Display can be placed in the nav bar as on this site:
http://www.cook-county-real-estate.net/

Or in the content http://www.scottsellsaz.com/
