What do you think of the link value from sites like Craigslist? Here's an example of a vacation rental property we used to rent as seen on craigslist. http://honolulu.craigslist.org/mau/vac/291884651.html (Not any longer). The anchor text is (Website) but it does lead back to our site.

Hmmmm doesn't show in the google link operator http://www.google.ca/search?num=100&...G=Search&meta= there has been a lot of talk about this, and I really don't think there is to much link love from Craigslist HOWEVER there is certainly a lot of users and potential customers, so worth every second it takes to submit anyways AND IF YOU GET LINK LOVE that is just an added perk.

Do you think from edgeio, Google Base, HotPads, Oodle and Proptsmart are of any additional value?

I don't think there is any link value, mainly because you have to repost the ad in a week.

General rule of thumb: The easier it is to acquire a link, the less value it has.

I do believe that ebay does a nofollow on links inside listings.

I only say this, because they want you to search, and find the listing on google, not the stores website.
