Looks good. Easy to follow, code is neat and clean. A lot of rich content on the front page. I think your page will do well with Google.

Everything seems to just be a link to MLS finder, am I missing something? Where is the "lots of content?" I tried to go to the neighborhoods and clicked a few links, and every time I was sent to an MLS finder URL

Looks like you are going in a nice direction. Would like to see a little more from graphics standpoint as well, do you have listings you can put on the homepage? I love Austin, going there for Easter vacation!

It's different and for me it looks confusing. Now, that just might be me, expecting to find an easy to see and use navigation menu, etc. I do see the unimposing menu to the top right but it didn't jump out at me - I had to look for it.

Looks like the only content besides all the MLSFinder stuff is your blog and the Austin neighborhoods. An active blog can start creating enough content to start getting you ranked if you write up the posts effectively.

Because people fill out my Home Finder & CMA forms on my sites, I wonder how sites that don't use these get leads. I also get all leads from my MLS/VOW and maybe you do, too.

Like Cherie, I think it's a little text heavy besides the mls sections. When an end user has to read a full page of text, it's good to break it up with some graphics usually relevant to the topic.

Just a quick thought, I know it becomes really tempting to do this and I know sometimes I do it myself too, but I would really try to limit the times you say Austin
I know it helps in the search engines but it just gets a little repetitive I think. You really just need to ask yourself who you are designing for I think, your users or the search engines. I do not think you need to do anything drastic, just take a few out.

Also things seem a little quished together for my liking. Another thing: I just noticed this, I am using a Mac right now so I don't know if it would be the same for internet explorer, but the links across the bottom do nothing...Are they just a graphic? when I roll over them they do absolutely nothing, just something to think about. I hope this helps.
