If you don't mind paying for them this website has a really great set:

I liked them enough to build them into my Open-Realty package. Not particularly cheap, but the best calculator set I've seen.

I would like to add a free mortgage calculator on my site. Does any one know where I could get one?

This is the only one I've found for free that looks any good:

http://www.loansanddebts.com/mortgage_calculator.php

Most of the worthwhile calculators I've seen cost money. It depends on how much you expect your customers to use it, or how much you want them to, to figure out if it's worth the expense to you.

I'm going to build a free mortgage calculator you can put on your site. What do you want that is not already out there? What do you not liike about the free mortgage calculators currently available?

Almost all the free ones I've seen, with the exception of the one I mentioned, are very simple with output as just one or two numbers. That's fine for some calculations, but limiting if you really want people to benefit from them. The ones I chose for my Open-Realty package calculate and display complete amortization tables and display information explaining the meaning of the calculations. The free one I listed does also, but it's just one equation, and I was looking for a set. As I said, it depends on how you intend to use and promote the calculators as to how much calculator you really need. There may be some other good free calculators out there that I haven't seen, but I did a pretty fair amount of looking and can only comment on what I found. I'd be intrigued to see what you come up with for yours.
