Here's a beautiful new Advanced Access 4.0 site. We are still installing MLS and polishing things up... looking for feedback.

I really like the direction it is going, but I have to say I can't stand centered text. Also, would like to see you break up the mainpage content with some calls to action, and perhaps some separating elements. Check out this site that is a similar 3 column style to see what I mean (For inspiration purposes only please do not copy) www.southernarizonaproperties.com see how we break up the text a bit with bullets and little supporting graphics etc?

I like the uniqueness of the site, but, I don't thik that I'm crazy about the font at the top. I would also prefer that the text are be a bit wider than it is currently. I like the colors and the flash though.

I'm not a fan of the header font - but, it does somewhat go with the times new roman font that is throughout the page (I'm not a fan of times new roman, but it does fit the overall page feel).
I agree with Morgan that you need to break up the center column of lengthy text, nothing jumped out at me when I did a quick scroll through it, and I would suspect that potential clients would be a little overwhelmed with the amount of text, or perhaps just skip it all together. I noticed that you have a "how much house can you afford" link. I'm a proponent of how much house is "right for you". Especially with the amount of foreclosure activity due to market/economic conditions and over borrowing, I like to steer clients to what is right, rather than, what will stretch them. I like the colors; it does have an "old world" feel to it, which I think you are going for, but over time, the site may look "dated". I'm thinking more use of really high resolution graphics and professional photos will help a lot in this area.

To be honest, I don't care for the way you have the text chopped up into lots of sections on the Southern Arizona Properties page. It looks like lots of different, unrelated "stories" instead of one cohesive selling story. My eyes jump around trying to figure out what to read first. I want long text like on this page to be super easy to read and to flow quickly from beginning to end. Otherwise, that template is very beautiful. Suzanne

I think we are going to agree to disagree on the content issue for a main page: I look at an index page as exactly that an "index" of what is contained on the site.
If something is working for you, by all means keep doing that, we all have our opinions on what works and what doesn't just like i'm sure that particular websites audience will have both those that like it and those that don't - it takes all kinds.

I think the overall design looks good. Framing in the 3rd party info does not look that good. (you know, white background in the framed info, and beige background from your site.) I thought the first page was absolutely beautiful.
Might I ask the cost?? Under $1k or Over $1k. What are planning to use for the idx/mls solution?? Good luck.

I like it. It's soooooo NOT like every other real estate site. Don't like the centered text though. Try Justify. I think it would give it that "newspaper" look.
Also, it looks like you're using iFrames and a lot of your framed content is on a white background, which doesn't go well with your color scheme. You might want to rethink that or try to come up with a better design solution. Maybe you can make the middle of your three columns white and populate it with content. Leave the two outside columns on every page for consistency. Just a thought. Site looks great btw.
