Default Question Regarding duplicate content and 2 sites geotargeting

Hi

This is my first post so go easy on me if I make some wrong assumptions! I'm planning to launch 2 sites shortly which are geo targeted for the local keyword search term overseas property. The sites are overseas-property.ie and overseas-property.co.uk . After doing research using google trends for this keyword, it seems logical to target these 2 markets. My problem is this, I want to give agents the ability to advertise their properties across the 2 sites. My quesion is will the properties on one of the sites be treated as duplicate content or will the search results from google.ie show the results from overseas-property.ie or will theresults from google.co.uk show the results from overseas-property.co.uk?

Cheers
