Pr3?
All of the sites I create or manage cant seem to get past the Page rank of 3. What am I doing wrong?!

Probably nothing
 However, if your goal is to increase your visible pagerank (Not a very good goal IMO) then you need to get links not just from URL's that show higher pagerank, but from the page your link is on. Also how many other links are on there? If it is sharing a PR 5 with 100 other people, its a PR nothing for all intents and purposes.

Thomas,
Like webmaster said if you want high pr get links from High PR pages. What your real gauge should be is not your pr but where you rank for your keywords.

oh alright lol well the keywords are coming a long. When I used to setup links with other sites I would have them use "Colorado New Home Concepts" as the title and main link but then I realized I should be using "Colorado New Homes" or a keyword that is relevent to my site. (Maybe this can help someone)
I wont worry about the PR then =)
