What script do you use to post homes for sale

I am interested in all of your opinions regarding scripts you may have used, may be currently using to post homes for sale on your websites.

Let's hear about the great, the good and the bad.

Please include the URL were the the script can be found/purchased.

I was using Open-Realty for a while, and it was lame.

I switched to Hot Property for Mambo and things have been peachy ever since.

My Virginia Real Estate can be your demo. Just make a login, and setup your own property to test it out.
