Is there a way to tell what others have in way of anchor text, Right now i rank

Fort Worth TX Real Estate 4 google result number 8
Fort Worth Real estate 7 google results number 68
fort Worth Texas real Estate 2 google results number 19

It changes daily

From what i understand on this forum, you have to be in the top 5 or so to rank good. In your opion what also goes with this. I am sure you have to have a little age to be ranked up high. If my all in anchor is where it is what else can i do to move up a little more on some of my keywords.

The problem with allinanchor is that it does not take into account the "quality" of your links when calculating, so you can have the highest allinanchor with completely crappy links, and a website with a better linking strategy and higher quality inbounds will still outrank you.
