Thumbs down Website critique/advice

Hello everyone! I'm a newbie to the real estate world (agent) and wanted to see if I could get some honest feedback / constructive critism on the website I've been developing for our team.

The site is http://www.LVHomesOnline.com

I definitely need to do some more SEO work to get more traffic to the site but it seems that from the traffic we do get, we aren't getting the numbers we'd like to see of people filling out the contact forms or calling, etc. I even just barely added Live Chat and a scheduling feature to the property details page to see if that would help (nothing yet).

Is the site easy enough to navigate and find contact info?
Do you get a good enough impression that would make you want to contact us?

Any suggestions/feedback is greatly appreciated! Please feel free to be as brutally honest as you like! Good luck to everyone in their endeavors...

The flow of your site instantly killed me when I saw the main navigation bar out of alignment. I'd fix that pronto. (Using latest firefox)

I'm not a fan of scroll bars in a listing summary page. I always just expand the height of my pages to include the full sheet so that users will only have to mess with one scroll bar (from the browser).

Jared, please be sure to post in the appropriate forums (There are descriptions for each) I have moved this to the site reviews forum. Also, please be aware that if you are requesting a site review from the members, we require you to give a site review to someone else.

You don't have to be an expert in web dev, it's just a nice thing to do and perhaps you might point out something that another member missed that will help make their site better.

The PR of 4 is impressive

The navigation (and the way the menu goes extra to the right) is kinda annoying...

You got some backlinks; more would be better.

Excellent base/foundation I must say

Your website is looks not more than a online brochure. I think you need to put more information/links on your default page.

Need to work on your title tag:
<title>Welcome to LVHomesOnline.com!</title>

Welcome to LVHomesOnline.com won't help you be found in the search engines. You need to add key words and phrases in your title tag.

Maybe add some key phrases in:
Las Vegas Real Estate, Las Vegas homes, Las Vegas real estate agents (etc...)

Your site is easy to navigate. Could stand a little more unique content, but a good start.
