My firm has recently started to look into getting outside sales agents. We deal in all sorts of realty (precon, investment and regular[i.e. nonforeclosure etc]).

I was wondering, as realtors, if you were looking for this sort of job, how would I go about contacting you?

Would eblasting be good (with a decent list)?

I'd love any ideas, since I wouldn't know how to appeal to people

Another firm webmaster told me he did some PPC for it, and got a decent result. But thats only one opinion.

I'm hoping for some people with experience with this (recruiting), but if you yourself are a realtor, let me know how you would want to be contacted
