Website Forms
Hey team my site is not emailing me all the contact forms. I felt like my leads had been dropping off the last week or two, so I tested the contact forms. Several are not sending me an email when someone inputs their info. Here are a few.

Are they going into your lead management system in the backend? Also what email address do you want those forms to go to, or where were they going?

Some of the contact forms are going through, however others are not. Just depends on what form they submit.
The email is findcre@gmail.com

Another problem is I'm not getting my rs@viprealtyinfo.com nor info@viprealtyinfo.com emails.

Do you have them set up in outlook or whatever you are using as your mail client?

All my emails just get forwarded to my findcre@gmail.com account.

Is there anyway to fix this tonight. This is hurting my business tremendously, especially since I'm not sure how long this issue has been going on.
For some reason this has also happened several times in the past. My emails and leads just go into thin air???

Hi Richard,
Those contact forms are set to email rs@viprealtyinfo.com The email rs@viprealtyinfo.com is set to forward to findcre@gmail.com I've set the contact forms to mail findcre@gmail.com directly instead of going through the forwarder. Are you sure the forwarder is not working? That's unusual.

Aaron, thanks for your quick response.
Yes, I had several people yesterday send me test emails to rs@viprealtyinfo.com and I never received any of them. We also tested some of the website lead forms and the same thing occurred. Thanks for looking into it so quickly.

And you still have not received the emails? Are the emails going into your spam box at Gmail?
