I am new to the group and own a home building business in the Charlotte NC area - www.carolinadistinctivehomes.com We are a luxury custom home builder and would like to have realtor's work with us to build homes for customers.

My questions are:

• - Please let me know the best way to have my company's name and information on the top of a realtor's mind?
• -Any ideas on what type of programs and offers my company should offer to realtor's to have their support?
• - An influx of people are moving here from other areas of the country and Carolina Distinctive Homes would like to work with realtor's in other states to help customers. Any ideas on the best way to accomplish this?

Welcome Aaron. The best way to get local agents to show your listings would be to list with one agent who will then put your listings on the MLS. Otherwise, you'd just need to send out flyers or a package to at least every office (which not all of the agents will ever see) or send something to each individual agent.

However, for many agents, if it isn't in the MLS it gets forgotten. To reach out of state agents you'd probably need to do an e-mail campaign but I usually delete this kind of stuff because e-mailing to people without a prior request is spam.
