I have been through countless demonstrations and training sessions on a wide variety of functionally-rich software tools for Real Estate agents. The trend I am seeing are tools that combine a number of useful functions into one software package. Content Management, client management, search and mapping capabilities, MLS access and lead generation to name a few.
What is happening is that agents start using one of these packages, and use it effectively for sometime. Then a new tool is released and now the agent wants to switch to this new tool. My question is this - After a year, two or maybe more of using the former tool, is there an easy way to export all of your "life's contact information" into the new tool? Sure you can probably export as a .csv file (excel file) and "maybe" import into the new tool, but is there an easier way that someone has seen or heard? |
