Here I am. Actually I'm in AZ.
I'm part Owner of a RE office in small town AZ. I've been in RE for almost 18 yrs, before that I taught HS Science. I would much rather mess around with our web page than work, so the title of "Real Estate Webmasters" intrigued me. We manage about 70 residential rentals and handle sales as well, so we are busy (we're basically a "Mom and Pop" office). Our 20 yr old son has his license, but is at college till summer. Our other son, 17, is thinking about getting his license when he turns 18.
