Default Question about Government Auctions?

Is there a web site that has all of the different govenemnt agency auction for houses/property? I have found several websites, but there seems to be a lot of work in going through them. If anyone has info please infom! Thanks.

No.

Government agencies all have different budgets, which means they don't work together.

You can probably buy a commercial subscription tool that agregates all of the data, but most of those companies are rips. But if you want them, do a Google search for "foreclosure" and check out the adsense suggestions.

Your best bet is to find all of the agencies in your area that sell, and make a list of bookmarks. HUD, City/County/Sheriff/Tax sales are your best bet.

Also, I like to check with foreclosure companies. In my area, compaines like Tranzon have auctions with better terms.
