Morristown is an unknown quantity at this point
Default PPC listings, if clicked on is there any benifite to the website owner.

I was wondering if someone like homepain is doing a PPC campain and their adds get clicked on does it help them in their organic placement, do you think it encurages them to spend more on certan key words even if the said click does not sign up, can they tell if the same person comes back or not really tell other then the group of IP addresses that they are getting clicked on from?

PPC drives traffic to your site.

Also, there is something along the lines of 'unique' clicks. Basically you can't keep clicking your competitors ppc campaign to make him run out of money for the day. (well, there are black hat ways, but we wont discuss those).

Usually, the way how web site design goes, you make the site, you launch PPC, and while PPC is going, you do SEO. The point is to start the visitors coming, then work on the SERPS.

While that would be logical for SE's to track, unfortunately that is 100% against their business interest, so no, they don't track the success of PPC campaigns and apply it to organic results.

Of course they track everything that goes on with a PPC campaign. However, (supposedly) PPC and organic search do not directly influence each other.
