Default Zip code, area code validation database....

hi...

i'm having some borrower input forms made (think lowermybills style - 4 pages) and i'm having trouble finding databases that will help me validate area codes and zip codes. the zip code validation will is to validate that the zip code is a valid zip code and to self populate city and state information and the area code is to validate a valid area code.... any ideas? thanks!

I check them out tomorrow... also found this: http://www.greatdata.com/pricelist.php.
Not sure if link will come through or not....
They give you validation database for $100 for the main city in zip code or for $300 it will give you option of cities...for example in lowermybills, my zip 90068 brings up Hollywood and LA, so I can choose... the the $300 version gives you both cities, the $100 version gives you the main city, which in my case would be LA .... pretty cool... I have one page forms but some of the studies I've read in past show higher follow through with multi page forms... and I'm sure lowermybills, lendingtree, etc. put massive amounts testing to see what forms have highest pull though / roi... so I'm psyched to finally have a quality 4 page form with true validation... especially for the general mortgage loan dot com / lowermybills style of lead gather sites i'm going to roll out...
