Default Article Sites and Links

When submitting articles to article sites, do you embed the links in the article or in the author bio?

Typically we do it in the author bio. There are some sites that don't allow text links to be emebedded. Generally it's easier to just have a decent author blurb at the end. It's a good place to highlight the clients areas and skills etc. Plus (and I may be wrong here) but the author box is likely where the SE's will look for links and such.

Yeah, Most sites I submit to do not allow links in the summary or body of the article, I would say at least 80% of the sites we use, if not more. If you try to embed links into your articles for these sites they will either decline your article, or strip any html our of your article before approval. Many sites also like to embed their own advertisements into the keywords in your article, so keep that in mind while posting.

Hi,
Is there a list of article sites that allow a link in the 'Author' section?.

I'm thinking nof submitting about 10 articles to about 100 sites.

Feasable or even a good idea?

It would be better to put it in the article due to the fact that you will get much more attention from it in there.

Hope i was helpful,
John

As Nick noted to the poster that brought this thread back to life please refrain from posting in dead threads. And again if you are providing something of value you do not need to ask if you were helpful. I am begining to think that you are trying to pad your posts.
