Tony here. I own a hosting and software consulting company. We do a lot of work for small businesses. Working on our first real estate project and figured I'd stop in here and learn the ropes.

Don't exactly know where to start with the b/c the data structures in these IDX feeds are kinda weird to me. Hundreds of fields across each row. I'm used to dealing with highly normalized schemas with a lot of referential integrity.

How do you get access to post in the IDX area?

You don't need any special access to post in the IDX section, but the same rules apply there as all other forums, no spamming, no self promotion etc - the majority of IDX savvy members (From a technology perspective) are REW staff, most of our members are realtors, and web designers (Not hardcore programmers) so if your questions are quite technical, you might not get the response you are looking for - if they are more generic feedback from the community type stuff you should do well

That is impossible, there are no special permissions for that forum, the only forum that has special requirements is the link exchange forum - unless of course something is busted.

The only thing I would say that is unique to your situation is the .com in your username. I haven't seen anyone around here with that - possibly that is creating issues?
