I'm Francesco Fabbri and I'm the online marketing manager at Houzar.com - free real estate listings in US.

I'm searching for a help to advertise Houzar.com: my target are Realtors, real estate agents and agencies in US; we've tried with an opt-in email agency from Florida but we had very very bad results... Can anyone reccomend me a good source/agency/other for this?

Hello and welcome to the forums.

National listing database, Hmmm. got to make a good case for why this is of benefit to me. I have seen some of the arguments for it but so far I am not buying them. Just seemed like a way for someone to come between the agent and the clients.

Good luck to you though, I am sure that there is a way to do it that Realtors would support.

Yes, I know in US estate there is a big competition, infact in Italy we have a twin site (Cazar.it) that is going very very well, in US with the same website the results are really lower (20.000 listings in Italy, 100 in US...)

we offer a good plus, in fact our website is completely free of charge (there are no fees to insert listings) and for everyone it's possible to insert up to 500 real estate listings with 4 photos each.

We have also tried to contact directly Realtors in US via email, but with bad results. I don't understand where is the problem with it...
