Ryan, great post. I know when we bought our home the first thing to go was the ridiculous wallpaper.

I read your blog a while back and lol, I couldn't agree more. I don't think I've ever had anyone like the wallpaper they have seen in a home.

They will usually make comments about what a pain in the ___ it's going to be removing it.

So it always comes down to;
1. We keep looking at homes because they don't want to deal with it, or
2. They discuss all the work it's going to take getting it the way they want it, which usually equals a lower offering price. I have even explained to the listing agent the low offering price is partially due to the work my clients see in removing the wallpaper.
