Wow, you've been on the site since 2005? You haven't posted in awhile, and I see you already got a review once.

Now the forums have a rule where you must review at least one site before you get yours reviewed

Then again, I could just be spouting random nonsense.

I've seen you lurk heh, and your post count. I'm afraid to see my post count in two years, if I've gotten this many posts just since February.

Nice to see someone use reds/pinks, instead of blues and greens. For some reason.. everywhere has blues and greens.

Your site news is a little bare. You might want to toss up some older entries. If you've had the site up for 2 years, you should plently of stuff to put there. With only two entries, that's a lot of blank space, not to mention it makes your site look brand spanking new.

One big thing I see, is you assume everyone has the mark up. You keep saying 'you have' etc. You might want to put a 'may' in there sometimes. If you talk about people getting marked up, and here they have a 7% mortgage, they will expect you to get them a lower one.

Also, if you have been recently seen on usa today, forbes, and smartmoney, you might want to turn those pictures into links of the article referring to you.

Your text on your home page is somewhat difficult to read. Also what about giving away free reports about 0 down loans and so on.

Thanks for the feedback,

When you say the text is difficult to read, is that because it's too small?

Brandon: Thanks for the suggestions; I'll be implementing them soon.

font too small, and think left navigation bar would help. Also, you might think of adding some type of interactive refi calculator. This will help potential clients hang around your site.

Are you selling refi? or information on how to?

Nice colors, easy to move around in site. I agree with FindCRE about the font though as I personally like to have the text default size a wee bit bigger - my opinion is that it's easier for folks to read bigger text than it is smaller... easier to move away from the screen in case of big text than to nose up to the computer screen for itty-bitty text.

The Site News has two items; one is a link but the other doesn't appear to be... is that on purpose?

Like your placement of the graphics, too - I especially like the one where the "banker" is shaking the customer by his ankle so that he drops all his money... too cute!

Nice site, I agree with what has been said, also I am curious to what sort of success you are having with the site. Personally i would be a little bit hesitant on doing business with the site because I don't know where you are or any contact info for you except through you form.
