30% Company Reputation / Past Customers 23% Networking efforts of listing agent including: A) Direct mail to past customers, friends and family B) Business Development C) Office Sales Meeting 14% Marketing Programs inclucing: A) Direct mail (other) B) MLS C) Yard Sign 11% Company Web Site 10% Open Houses 6% Newspaper Advertisement 6% Relocation In general does this sound correct and what would be the break down for "Source of Listings"?

Buyers 50% open houses 30% mailings/referal 20% general people I meet News Paper-worthless Yard Signs-Negligable this year Relocation- negligable though I have refered out 2 familys to realtors in other states

I feel Company reputation & past buyers should have most weightage, as customers have already used your products and only if they like it they will buy it again and it is the good reputation of the company that will sell the product in the market. Your past customers are the best sourse
