Hi REW Forum,

So, I'm a long time webmaster and I previously built a few real estate sites for friends and family. I currently only work on my own websites with the exception of a few higher-end projects, so I haven't had a new real estate client for years. I'm not looking for any new clients, so you won't find an easy way to contact me here. In any case, you seem to be in very good hands with REW.

So why am I here? The reciprocal state pages issue has made all my Realtor friends and family call me in the last few days. Wow, everybody is losing their minds over this. I'm just here to help my Realtor friends sort this out and figure out how to proceed. The reciprocal links have worked great in the past but they are now worried they get banned by Google. I'll post a few questions in the Google forum shortly.

Below is my latest renovation project that hopefully will be worthy of your links someday. I recently bought the calculatorzone.com site in my signature and I'll be fixing it up. It's currently an over-monetized mess but it's on a nice crusty old domain. Watch out for the pop-up's :-)
