Hi there real estate gals and guys, it's my first post here so looking forward to gain some knowledge of the real estate world.
I am a UK based web designer and one of my client asked me to design a real estate portal for their town, allowing other agents to post property details. I have narrowed down the software to use (don't want to go down the custom based route) and wondered if any of you had used them, and what your thoughts were. Or maybe you have other recommendations. The software are: Real Estate Portal v2.0 by Netart Media Realty Manager by Interactive Tools At less than $300 they seem good value for money. So what are your thoughts on them and / or do you have any other recommendations. |

thanks Lane,
I did originally look at open realty, but couldn't find a demo of the backend. Also as it is for a portal, I am not sure it allows for multiple 'agents' with enough security. Anyone has experience of the above two software? |

Just noticed this thread. I have a demo of Open-Realty where you can play with the admin, or you can check out the video tutorials to see how it works. You can check the Open-Realty website forums to see if anybody has created a plugin for any extra security features you're looking for, or find a programmer who can create one for a reasonable rate.
