I need a good template for a sphere of influence letter. I want to send one out ASAP but I'm not sure what all it should include besides I've joined XYZ office...and please send me referrals! Ha ha. Any advice or good templates?

A good slant is to talk about how you plan on building your business by referral. "Did you know that most agents spend 80% of their time marketing for new business? They do things like knocking on doors, cold calling, etc... By relying on word of mouth, I'm able to spend 100% of my time providing exceptional service to the clients who are referred to me." Then follow up w/ a phone call & ask if they will feel comfortable referring you business.
