OK, I made a "thank you" a while back when I got my first commercial (I referred it out) lead from my REW website. I am supposed to receive that referral check this week and REW will be getting a good chunk of that.

Just got a new one worth mentioning. I picked up an investor from Detroit that just sent me not one, not two, not three but 24 (yes twenty four) offers on investment properties here in Memphis. Granted they're lower end homes ($10,000) but they all have a minimum commission, so I won't be passing it up just yet.

They also do apartment comlexes, small malls and shopping centers - so I will definately work on that angle as well..

This one goes 100% to my site, with out a doubt, hands down.

I just had to throw a testimony out there along with a gratitude of thanks. My first "real" check directly due to my website is supposed to be here this week - which means I am beginning to reap the rewards of the sowing REW and I have done the past year.

Just an update.......So far I am dealing with low ball offers from the investor from Detroit, but hopefully it won't end up being a total waste of time. Definitely more time consuming and tedious dealing with 24 at one time then I had imagined.
