Can anyone tell me why Google Sitemaps shows 193 external links pointing to my domain, but when I look at the "backlinks" by right-clicking the homepage I only get 2 results, one of which is a casino (I am not linked to them!!)

The idea is that you can sign up your own site at the Google webmaster central and get the accurate numbers of incoming links but anybody else will only be able to see the info available on the standard link command.

Yahoo shows better backlink information publicly. Google's is worthless unless you login to webmaster central.
