attention florida real estate agents

I am creating an information website for the entire state of Florida, and this will of course include sections for realtors. I would like to offer ANY realtors here (Unless you are in Destin) their own page on this site. It is a PR 4 and you get a free backlink with your listing.

The URL is www.floridastateinfo.com I did a quick mockup of the Destin listing at http://www.floridastateinfo.com/dest...eal-estate.php but obviously I will have Ed rewrite it when he gets time.

The point is you will get free exposure on this site AND a free backlink.

Why am I offering this? There are so many areas in Florida that the task of writing content is daunting to say the least. By getting you guys to write the content for me, I get 100% topic specific content from the people who know the areas best.

You will ALWAYS be guaranteed your own personal page on this site, and I also assure you that no other realtor will ever be advertised on your personal page.

What do I need from you?

Just write your page - Send me a word document or any other format you want and I will put it up for you. Also send a picture if you like, or multiple pictures etc.

The only stipulation is that it has to be unique, so you can't just copy paste your BIO from your site, you must write it to cover your area, why are you a good "area realtor" what knowlege do you have of the area etc.

It can be salesy if you want, or informative - its up to you.

So how about it Florida realtors? Who wants a free backlink and more exposure on the web?

Morgan, have you noticed that once you get to your links/resources page http://www.floridastateinfo.com/resources/
you trap the web surfer on that page. All navigation menu links point to http://www.floridastateinfo.com/resources/#
By the way, I will work on something for the site.

for sure man, this site is not real estate specific it is florida specific so I am not limited to just real estate, anyone who writes a topic specific unique page about their area is welcome to promote themselves there including a link to their site.

Just a quick "hey check this out" Floridastateinfo now ranks #2 for a page I optimized last week "tarpon springs real estate" http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?F...gs+real+estate I know it isn't miami or anything but the point is I can make all your little areas rank, with your pic and contact info + a link, all you have to do is volunteer some content for your area
