What tools result in Contacts?
For those of you receiving contacts from your website, I am curious to know what "features" are resulting in useful contacts from buyers and sellers.
Essentially, I have three "features" on all of my pages. Relocation Button Search MLS and a new one for home values - CMA I may play around with changing the way the buttons look, but, what I am really looking for are some ideas for tools that consumers feel are useful. Once I get the top 3 - 5, I will figure out how to make them more compelling to initiate contacts.

In our case, there really is no "one" feature that results in contact.
We have had customers comment on: Ease of use, testimonials, amount of information, free (no registration) searching and more. They all seem to have their own agenda and information preference. When looking at the logs however, the most visited pages are: after our idx of course, Selling, Buying and investing.

I would like to hear as well, as i am working with one of my business partners (shes a Realtor and I'm a mortgage professional) in designing her site. We don't have alot of competition here as far as individual websites as no one knows SEO like my IT guy

We have been including Skype me buttons on portal listing pages for 12 months and I am now trying the idea on company sites. Uptake of VOIP in Europe is slow and we have had very little voip contacts using this method although a few inquiries have come from US based clients. Does anyone have effective results using 'Skype me' or other VOIP buttons on sites in the US where the uptake is broader?
