I am interested in building long term relationships with individuals that have multiple properties. Location is irrelevant. However, if you have a couple that you are looking to get rid of, we would still consider those as well.

Just a brief background: I and my partners are from Provo, Utah and are desiring to expand our business. Right now we are purchasing 20-30 single family residential properties a month (we would also consider condos). We want that to grow to 250 propeties a month by the end of the year. Because we has such a large available resouce of cash and credit. Price isn't an issue. Pending meeting our criteria, we would agree to purchase as many properties that you have with cash at a discount, through a seller finance, or through a lease option/rent-to-own scenario.
