Picture I am thinking about using.
Hi Everyone,
Here is a picture I was thinking of using on my site possibly making it my search Property click able link to IDX. What do you think? Jim homes in morristown 07960

to you have it hosted somewhere on the web? If so... Put the URL location in between [img] [/img] tags.

That is my Son, Noah, and our dog, he named Russel, I know real original. The dog was a rescue, was going to be put to sleep back in January so we took him, 18 months old when we got him. What a shame. He has been a great dog for us though.

IMO, when you speak and write from the heart I think that inevitably portrays across to the consumer (includes pictures of the family like this). I think this is a good picture (which more of the house could be seen, though) for an article but not necessarily for an MLS search. That looks to be an "About James/Jim" picture for your website.
Just my opinion, but someone looking for listings will have no idea that they can find homes by viewing that picture. I would go for something a little more traditional, like a full house with perhaps a for sale sign out front. Heck, take a front picture of one of your listings!

I agree Steve, it is my house, and I just wish that we had gotten it painted already. It is olive green and for a Traditional Colonial that actually would represent the higher end of the homes I market to, the Color just does not cut it. In the evening it is like camo, people come down the street right at it looking for it and cannot find it.

Hey nice picture ..
But what if you really tick off a consumer and they find a picture of your house and most importantly your dog and kid. Seems like an unneeded risk. I had to take the personal information off my website because a few of my agents were getting text messages, emails, and phone calls that were inappropriate from some guy in Georgia and I live in Washington State. Just a thought ... there are some real weirdos out there.
