lol. Rich, maybe you can let everyone here know what your biggest lead machine is...maybe that will loosen up the crowd.
I have a feeling that listings on the site are going to be a big one for most people. |

OK... Here's something little to get the ball rolling... I mean it's not like we're competitors
Has anyone tried putting the contact info at the bottom of your form instead of the top ? like say on your typical find me a home type form or any other on your site. Something I found is that if you layout your form page, especially a long one like an online cma or something, so that the contact information is Just below the fold, it seemed to increase the response rate. Just guessing but I think it's the old human nature thing...oh crap..I already filled out this whole form... what the hell Am I nuts What do you think |

Years ago I had one on my site and it was a major pain trying to refer cma leads out to Podunk County and beyond. I finally decided it was more trouble than it was worth and ditched it. Do you actually use one, or was I interrupting a conversation with your many selves? ![]()

What I realized is the longer the form the more questions you ask the less likely a reply...I've had a mortgage site online for close to 4 years the only people that have ever filled out a 1003 apllication is someone I've already contacted and I told them i can take an online app... Otherwise 4 years 0 inquires...

When I did my cma online, I duplicated a cma program that I use. It is very similar to the type of cma process appraisers use.
People would fill it out, but they didn't read it was for the Denver metro market only. I got so many leads for people wanting a "free cma" from all over the country, I was spending my precious time referring them out. The conversion rate was dismal. I do believe that a good site with seller info on it and a seriously good marketing plan would be a great way to market to expireds. Send out postcards to expireds and send them to a password protected site to get your info.... Anyone have success with getting listings online?

Hi Kkaft,
The sites are very geogrphically targeted so the amount of out of area requests for the cma are not that big an issue. I'm not exactly sure what they do with them ![]() |
