The sub-prime market really did itself in this time. We're seeing plenty of possible foreclosures come up here in Houston as well.

I think the best way is to have investors with the cash to take over the home quickly. They are not so easy to find, but they are out there. Of course, you have to show them there is plenty of money to be made on resale.
