Default Email from a Broker/Owner makes me go "hmmm?"

I get this email from a Broker/Owner (whose spouse I interviewed originally) regarding an upcoming training class they wanted me to attend if I decided to join their brokerage. At the very bottom of the email it says "By the way, I always have time for your referrals". Here I am wondering how the brokerage will help me generate leads and they want ME to refer clients to THEM. I welcome your thoughts!

Sounds like it is just an email signature set up by default, which is likely meant for when they are emailing clients.

Dave -

It's a catch-phrase from Brian Buffini's system. I have that same phrase on my email signature.
