The CEO of Move.com does a great job of expressing the state of the real estate business right now.

The other player is the CEO of Redfin, the "2/3rds back" discounter that drives many agents crazy.

I like the point that Realtors need to focus on being high-skill and not high-touch.

Thanks for the link. Allan got most of the airtime here, while Glenn was somewhat cutoff, but still had time to make good points. Interesting how Inmann spoke over Glenn and somewhat disrespectfully asked him to speak to the audience (perhaps I'm reading too much into that).
