Who has it?

I need some reviews. From what I have read, this seems like the way I am leaning. I do not wish to use TP and ACT for real estate is not intuitive enough for a dummy like me.

I need something to track a database. I don't need a drip email system. The REW Drip is as good as I want to make it.

Is this what I need?

Whatever I buy must be scalable. I want it to be able to perform and handle all of the business that can be generated by being ranked number one for "atlanta real estate". That's what I am shooting for and that's my goal. All purchases from here on out need to have that in mind.
