Talk about product differentiation, perhaps a new marketing trend for the US industry? You first!

There was a very popular agent, I believe located on the East coast although I really can't remember, that had people lining up to give him their listings because of his blunt honesty. His property descriptions were hilarious. Wish I still had the article (I probably do but it's buried somewhere like where my site is in Google).

I do quite a bit of my advertising like that. Less calls but a way higher close rate.

Like the idea, just would have to dust off the old thesaurus to come up with a whole new set of adjectives.

I think the person you are speaking of is Roy Brooks and if you want to read some really funny real estate ads get his book "Brothel in Pimlico"

Here is a review from Amazon,

By the way, the title of the book was the title of an actual ad he ran.

I couldn't remember if it was in England or New England - right direction at least.
