Can you make the picture changing a little less noticeable? Maybe give it a slow dissolve? The sudden change is drastic, and eye catching, in a bad distracting way.

Other then that, I like it Simple, elegant. Nice use of the primary colors too.

I like the site good use of colors the only thing I would change is the making the left hand menu's just a couple shades darker. Other than that looks good

It is a skeleton template, everthing from imaging to tables have been changed.

your 'sell your house" guarantee is not all that visible, i see it is a part of the picture, may want to make that a banner and a link to another page with details

This is not that big of a deal, but I would decrease the logo size some thus bringing the page info up some. But other than that the site looks good.

Over all I like it. Design simplicity (IMHO) is the way to go. I did notice that your meet the team pictures don't seem scaled correctly.
