I've been so busy with moving over the last month that I have not been here at all. 10 acres is quite a lot to handle.

I've temporarily traded in my keyboard for a chainsaw and zero turn radius john deer mower.

The fish pond and fountain are up and running, the house has been wired for surround sound in all of the rooms and the 60" plasma TV will be delivered later this week. The Bosch washer and dryer that were ordered a month ago are still not here...., I had a few days off and the wife and I went down to Duck Island in NC and stayed at a friends house. He's the same guy who hooked us up with a great deal on the whole house surround sound and giant TV's. His $6Million dollar place in NC was absolutely incredible. My two favorite rooms were the THX certified theater with eight leather recliners and a 120 inch screen and the Ocean front BBQ grill and hot tub.

Sales have been slow but steady compared to last year. I have two additional agents working with me but our team sales numbers are about the same as I was doing by myself last year.

My newest site is getting a good amount of traffic and generating a few leads a week but so far I cannot yet attribute a sale to it. Most of my potential buyers seem to be looking for the lowest price homes on the market or want to wheel and deal with ultra low ball offers. I also have a dozen deals that are contingent upon them selling their other homes...

I did however have a condo sell in six days a few weeks ago but I only got one half of the deal as the listing agent. I'd like to think it was my great pictures that got it sold but you never know.

I'm going to try to drop in a little more often but until the new home is 99% complete I don't think I'll be here anywhere near as often as I was just a few months ago.

sounds nice man....if I could make one recommendation about the TV...plasma technology is kind of on it's way out (so I hear) check out the Sony full 1080i LCD's.

I think they are some of the nicest big screens i have ever seen.
