I like the use of dark colors, it's not usual with real estate pages. The brown's and black's work well with each other.

Your 'Bookmark this page' I'd think should be an actual button. I went to mouse over it, and nothing happened. It looks like a button, so I'd go all the way to finish it off.

In your upper left hand corner, I'd put Home on top of the link list. That's just my opinion though.

And on the home page, the right hand block of text is justified. If you could un justify it (the spacing, it's making the lines spread out) it would look better To get an example of what I'm thinking of, to the right of this post, is the 'Featured Blog Post'. I think the text should flow like that text describing Ryan's post.

It's a good design Nice feel to it. Maybe make those changes, and improve it even more!

The only thing I can see that's really wrong is the lower left, buying and selling links.. They seem small... and not very noticeable. I would make them bigger... or move them up or something.

First off, I love the listing player. I just love it, Please tell me more about it?

The header is nice, like the curve at the bottom, with the buttons to navigate.

I know that you are going for good color matching, but I would consider making your name at the top a little more of a bold color so that it stands out more.

I would find a way to make your find a home button more prominent, or add something else to the main page that calls people to the IDX as well. I had to hunt for it.

Love the site though, very very nice.

Don't forget, Tell us about the Listing Player, It is great.

Jim

I really like the colors and I totally agree with Jim that your Find Homes button needs to be more visible. I had to look a little too hard to find it. Other than that I really like everything else.

Thanks for the comments and help so far. On the IDX listings player I'm not sure exactly how my designer did it but it basically just a flash design that is linked to the IDX and we pull a pic from each listing so that if somone clicks on a picture they go straight to the IDX.

it's hard to concentrate on the links on the buy and sell pages, left column. maybe increase the font size a bit, or change the font colour,

you have no information under "gold listing package", may want to consider removing it off the site till you get some content ready

Hello
nice site, but when you click on search listings do people sign up or click off? my idx solution i set up they have to register after 4-5 listings they click on. Just curious. I bet you have a ton of time into this project.

The design really looks good, although your company name and the Multi-Million Dollar Producer text is a little blurry. Then again I have been staring at this laptop all day.

On the surface all seems well....but....

All your navigation links are in flash. Make sure you are offering text equivalents to the flash content for google to read.
