Default Marketing for an Active Adult Community

I've got 2 listings for homes in an Active Adult Community in The Woodlands, TX. They really are great homes with beautiful upgrades (granite countertops, stone exterior, etc). The community has tons of amenities, but getting traffic through there is going slower than what I thought it would be. Any ideas on marketing to the 55 and better retirement crowd?

Well one should really dont care about the traffic issues, as seeing the pictures of the beautiful homes my father has made up his mind to get one place there. This would be the ideal choice for him to spend his post retirement life hassle free. I think that these locales and the houses are too good to be bobbed down only because the traffic runs slow!
