Has anyone had any dealings with an Ocwen property? I hear so many conflicting stories about how they pretty much decline all offers beneath their asking price. (one story was that a client submitted an offer 3K below the asking price, it was rejected...and a few days later they reduced the price by 7K - that really doesn't make sense..)
I'm hoping to make an offer this weekend, but honestly the property needs a lot of repair...and a full price offer is kind of much.

When I search the net for Ocwen, I mostly get their listings or information about their scandalous foreclosures past, but nothing really concerning their VA foreclosure offer process...

Would be very grateful for information from someone who may have dealt directly with them in submitting offers.

An investor friend of mine low balls all the time and gets alot of his offers accepted. I think it has a lot to do with the fact the he buys 2 -5 properties a month from the asset managers and he pays cash.
