I'm now -- thanks to some help from Ron and a great new IDX solution -- flooded with leads. I've got a drip email campaign set up in Top Producer, but I'm using the canned TP email templates with only some minor modifications.

I was wondering if some agents in other markets (outside of the DC Metro area) would mind adding me to their drip email campaigns so that I can get some ideas for good follow-up emails.
