How do you get the Management company?
Right now, one of my firm's side business is trying to contact the Mangement companies of condo's. I've tried a few of my tricks to track down people and phone numbers, but it's to many results.
Anyone know an efficient way to do it? This isn't with realty, but I assumed this sort of thing is done by realtors  Thanks for the help.

I only know the slow and painful method. Contact an owner and ask them for the info.

I was hoping there was some secret database that non-realtors don't have access to
As of right now, I'm getting the numbers for the receptionist for around 100 buildings... guess I get to call them one by one

Well I had a secret database, but left it out in the rain. Now it's ruined. As a Realtor, they won't give me a new one...
Yeah, normally I have a buyer or seller in the transaction so it isn't too hard to find the info. Going in cold will definitely be more work. Have fun! Oh, and I don't know why you are doing this, but there is a website that we use to query for Condo Certs (I'm also a mortgage broker). It is a fee based service and frequently has points of contact in the reports. I don't have it handy; its on my work computer.

Well to make a long story short, we are offering a non-realty, non-mortgage service to the tenants, and would like to get permission to serve them all in the building. Not to mention possibly work with the building to give a some free service to start people off.
